On March 10, 2023, the 2nd "Convention of China Energy Power Supply", jointly sponsored by GQI and Guangdong Technical Committee for Standardization of Power Batteries, was held in Shenzhen. The event brought together government agencies, industry associations, research institutions, university scholars, production enterprises, energy storage brands, and other relevant units, groups, individuals to carry out in-depth discussions on the topics of technical innovation, safety & reliability assessment, and industry development trend of portable power supply, etc.

At the awarding ceremony of the convention, AWEI was selected as a Member of the Standard Drafting Group About General Technical Requirements for Portable Power Supply. This is another vivid demonstration about discourse power and influence of AWEI in the field of batteries for consumer electronics after the Drafting Organization of Group Standards about General Technical Requirements for Li-ion Batteries of Wireless Headsets in 2019.
